- Request repeat prescriptions
- Notify us about change of address, telephone number, or e-mail
- Send us a secure message
- Book Appointments
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR EMIS ACCESS?
You must be a fully registered patient, and need a letter from us containing personalised access codes . To get this letter you need to come to Reception and ask for Registration for EMIS Access.
